Here at the Silver Lead we adore all breeds and size of dogs, but what we do not tolerate is bad behaved dogs. What we mean by 'bad behaved' is a dog who has bitten an animal in the past or a dog who has been aggressive towards people.

Terms and Condition’s

• The owner is responsible to ensure us that the dog is up-to date with their vaccinations, flea treatments and de-wormer treatments.

• The owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage of a lead, collar and tag when out on a walk.

• The silver lead is in no way responsible for payment of any veterinary fees incurred by the dog walker. The dog walker will not be held accountable for paying for vet fees.

• The owner needs to make full disclosure of any problems which may make your dog not suitable for walking; including health conditions and behavioural problems, anti-social behaviour; including aggression and excessive barking and or whining. Failure from the owner to disclose any matter above which could make the owner’s dog unsuitable for walking.

• We recommend owners provide us with a contact number of a trusted third party should we be unable to make contact in an emergency.

• The dogs will ONLY be walked ON lead, and with a collar and tag (We can be flexible with the tag rule).

• All payments will be given by hand at the door, not via online. If you cannot pay when I come to drop off your dog, then you WILL be charged 0.40p per day after the walking day.

All dogs will undergo a trial session (we will require half the asking price of the original fee.) 1-2 weeks to see if your dogs have be socialised and are not aggressive towards other dogs and people.

{Booking}

Clients must ensure that their requirements for the following week are e-mailed no later than Sunday night. (9p.m.)

​

{Cancellation}

You may cancel your booked slot. Provided you give a minimum of 24-hours’ notice, you will not be charged. However, if cancellation is made within 24-hours of the walk commencing, the full amount will be charged.
